At LABFRESH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fresh gear, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, to qualify for a full refund.

Register Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging or any durable mailer, making sure to include the packing slip provided in your digital confirmation.

Ship It Back

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
